Work good and steady and you will have a good experience.

Agreeing to run shifts when I was not good on grill.

When I had no choice than be on the grill no one else on the shift I was running had any experience on it. Someone did not show up or had quit.

The last few months I was asked to run shifts ,but I was not good on grill so food times suffered. I was not good at chopping on the grill.
