BE as patient as you can with the person that you will be employed by! Some can have very bad attitudes but if you take the time to just listen and observe you will understand why they may be a little upset! Never take offense just show a little compassion because you will be surprised by what they may be feeling or what they may have been through! Just have a heart!

My biggest mistake working for that company accepting work with Very difficult deceptive client Overextending myself working as pca forTWO very high level care required older men. Each had multiple disabilities both had to be observed closely.1 at All times.Primary caregiver's spouse Abused rules I was expected to work many extra hours Including Two days over Christmas Holiday with No food in the house. I would NEVER work for Ready Care again mainly bcuz of disregard for the employees IE; I was told by my car insurance agent of 20yrs+ Not to transport clients in my own car .Business Required to carry Umbrella policy Insurance. They do NOT - means more $$Profit. became obnoxious when I explained I wouldn't be doing that. I was not required to on that job.
