I loved being a part of growth with PFSWEB. When I 1st started there, it was like wow this company still operates as if its in the 90's. A few months after being there a new regime of upper management was brought in and I began to be a part of a transformation, I loved sharing more modern processes trimming away the fat and helping fellow co workers develop along the way.

If it was a Co worker the issue was resolved in a peaceful manner. If a customer was angry I allowed them to.vent. Offered an apology for any inconvenience.
