Job Details:

  1. Enter data quickly and accurately in multiple systems

  2. Provide exemplary customer service to all patients and caregivers

  3. Adjudicate patient claims

  4. Communicates with doctor offices, pharmacies, and our customers to ensure superior customer service

  5. Meet metrics daily based on team and business needs

  6. Maintain updated customer records with strong attention to detail and compliance with HIPAA standards

  7. Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and meet clinical requirements prior to fulfillment

Required Skills & Experience

•High School or GED diploma and at least 1 year of experience

•Certified with the National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board is preferred, but not required

•Strong computer and typing skills are required -- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

• Must be comfortable using multiple computer screens and navigating between multiple applications

• Experience with high call volume is preferred (such as in a call center setting)

•Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure (may include using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, compute rate, ratio, and percentages )

•Ability to solve problems and communicate clearly.

•Team-oriented and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

•Flexible and proactive to meet varied patient needs.

•Self-motivated and able to work independently.

•Dedicated to excellence and quality.

•Able to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

•Passion to help people and enrich their lives.
