THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS ,THEY WERE ORDERED TO SELL THE COMPANY'S ASSETS AND PAY BACK THE ENTITIES THAT THEN ATTORNEY GENERAL ROY COOPER AND TNE NORTH CAROLINA BANKING COMMISSION DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN DEFRAUDED OR WERE OWED COMPENSATION.

My favorite part while I was unknowingly working for a couple of crooks who were unfortunately at the top of the ''food chain'', was that I made good money doing business as a general manager the old fashioned way___HONESTLY! I say good money if you consider 120k in that category.I took a display center in Blairs ,VA from20k in the red at the end of 2006 under previous GM to over 250knet profit at the end of 2007 . I have the paperwork to verify this statement if needed.The culture at Phoenix Housing DBA Southern Showcase Housing at my center was great,i wasn't aware of what was evidently going on at Phoenix housing Corp. in Greensboro,NC. A culture of honesty and integrity was prevelant when I was the GM in Blairs. Thank YOU
