Be careful of the contract that you work on. Don't do more than your job. If you do more they will expect more without paying more.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Phonesales at #Sitel ...

Not quitting when they lost the AOL contract or not transferring to the HTC contract. Went with the highest paying contract to also keep the health insurance for myself and my disabled husband.
