If you're working as a photographer you're going to get underpaid for pretty much everything. Especially driving rates. If you're going to work for editing you will not talk to anybody for 8 hours every day. If you want to work for management, you will get screwed over someone will come for your job and they will lie and you will hate it. I was supposed to be a lead photographer and marketing manager instead I became the gear Manager and sat in the closet fixing photographers tripods and then got yelled at for not doing marketing when no one gave me the passwords or anything for the first month after I asked repeatedly.
