The job isn't worth the money. You are only a number! They don't care about their workers just getting the job done! I put in 110% of me & still wasn't good enough. I was physically and mentally drained!
Look for somewhere else to work because Belk Fulfillment Center is not the same anymore. I have left Belk after 2 years working for them. For my understanding, Amazon had brought out Belk Fulfillment Center. My last day at Belk was August 13,2017.
