The biggest mistake I made at Portland and Western Railroad was quitting. I second guessed my knowledge and capabilities when I shouldn’t have, and with that i decided to quit thinking purely of the safety of the Railroad. Confidence comes with time and practice, I shorted myself of the opportunity to grow as an employee and individual. Portland and Western Railroad provides all of the support and resources for a successful career, and I let self doubt cloud my judgment.
