It was a horrible place. I was paid purely PERCENTAGE COMMISSION and I had to use my own personal vehicle to do door to door sales. I was involved in an accident and was injured during the crash. The company did not offer or pay for my injuries and they did not cover the costs of the crash under CA law in using my vehicle. They also did not repay for my gas out of my own money that was already percentage pay. The hours were 10+ days M-F not hourly no benefits. The company is purely a third party company that is ran by a man who only pays for drinks during “team nights”
