My biggest mistake was when a customer needed discount and l could not get in touch with the Managing Director , we lost money as l could not take the risk of approving on behalf of the Managing Director

The most stressful day in princess frozen food is Saturday or Sunday. Customers always overwhelm staff as they buy in large quantity and we are made to work for more hours

The last time a customer got angry with me was one of my stressful day at work.The customer returned product after four days and the company policy stipulated 72 hours . He was almost going to beat the cashier when l was called. I respectfully appealed to him to follow me to my office where l was apple to convince and pacify him. Customers are always right if we must continue in business as business people

The work at princess frozen food kept me busy all day, gave me opportunity to interface with different kinds of customers with different kinds of attitude. I had the opportunity to resolve different issues among customers and lower level staffs
