I worked for Koch for about 2 1/2 years after being a rep for their product for 2 years and after being a dealer for their product in my own business. Koch is definitely one of the better companies to work for. Almost everyone is accessible. Yes, their are several people with the company who are family but they view themselves as employees and not royalty. Did I always agree with every decision? No. But, were they fair with pay and did they recognize employees for their efforts? YES! Would I work for them again. Without a doubt. Would I encourage others to consider working for them? If they are willing to work hard and learn from their mistakes.
