Worki g at the same time with various rol's i guess that is not good for my performance
When the company existed that first necessity would be timekeeping, Respect for clients privacy, respect for co-workers views as well as never leaving before the job is done.
I hired some staff that turned out not to be what was required for the existing team and it thought me to be very careful from that time on about staff mixing.
I laid a whole floor of office paneling systems ,with the wrong blueprints,we had to tear it all down and rebuild it right, my guys weren't too happy about that.
I say that the employer is a great man who only finds it difficult to deal with people because people here are different
In case, some one is interested to work in ARAMCO, one has to follow the specification, laws & applicable standards. This is the place where one can work with peacefully & enjoy working. One have to make himself familiar with US & European standards along with applicable ARAMCO standards as well. If one strictly follow, he/she will never observe a problem
