I had an issue with a new co work we had words she was mean i got upset and cried but it worked out ok.
This property is great for an entry level property management employee, but someone with experience will clearly see there is a problem with delegation of task. The manager fears the assistant manager and it will always be this way. The majority of work is, and will be done by the leasing department. Good luck!
