I've been searching for another job/career for about a year while working a job I don't enjoy. There are so many benefits at this company that I stay just for the benefits. This may sound crazy but I get free medicine and my benefits like health insurance is top notch. There will be a MOE (Merger of Equals) between us and another company at the end of the year and a $1500 bonus will be given.
