I loved my job at Qdoba. They gave me my start in management I even left and went back however once they realize your a hard worker who goes above and beyond they will exploit you until you are burned out. Which is exactly what happened. I know longer not only didn’t enjoy my job but I became so stressed out I no longer liked the person I was.
If you have the opportunity to buy in, make sure it's with a good franchisee.
Buying in to the franchise. After I became an owner, partners and supervisors totally changed. No help, no communication. Just wanted their profits.
The customers. Made a lot of friends and met new people every day!
