They treat their employees well but the hours are grueling especially at peak time and it’s usually not a permanent position!but pay is great and the work isn’t hard just long hours!!!

DO NOT work there in any department. The managers is not helpful and the Human Resources don't have a clue of what people need or want they don't sit in the office and if you asked them a question the answer that I was told I'm to busy. The supervisors go to meetings and just tell about the bad never anything good they all lie and try to make it sound so good. its run like your in the service if I wanted to join I would have.

Learn from everyone whether they've been there 1 year or 30 years. D & J is a great place to work.
