Working @ Weyerhaeuser was a different experience for me after working almost 28 years as a diesel mechanic, component rebuild specialist! It was very demanding & fast paced! The best part was learning about the process of making cardboard, knowing how to produce the starch/glue for the cardboard, & then knowing/learning the process of recycling the waste water from the manufacturing process of finished boxes, while grinding all the scrap paper & cardboard to be recycled!

The opportunity to serve my clients.

As the assistant to the maintenance supervisor at IRR Realty, I was tasked as the certified pool operator as one of my functions. During my routine inspections of the pool area I noticed many equipment malfunctions, chipped tiles and other safety issues. I made A full report of my findings prompting action by our regional director who paid us A visit and agreed with my findings. I was then ordered along with the maintenance supervisor to contact and recieved bids on A major overhaul of the pool area, improving the safety and overall experience of our residents.

We were fortunate to have wonderful customers. We took great care of them and were blessed with their loyalty.
