how long did it take a new grad but with previous experience to find a coding job??

Graduated back in June 2017, been searching for junior/entry level software dev jobs. No luck so far. I bring internship experience, all around tech stack (Android, basic web, .Net, Assembly, C/C++). I recently graduated with a BBA. I have been working for the past six years and have adjusted my resume to include key terms to stick out to companies I have applied to. I have heard nothing back from over 30 companies (except one but was never contacted back after my in-person interview). I understand 99% of job openings I am applying for say at least 1-3 years of experience just for entry-level. I include cover letters when required. I even tested out sending my resume for a part-time job and I had all the experience required, yet declined... Hints, tips, tricks, etc. will all be very helpful right now. Thank you.

I graduated from Medical Assisting Almost a year ago I had to Volunteer just to gain some experience even thought I already did my extern ship at a doctor’ Office the thing is I’m not getting hired because I don’t have enough experience(and some of them require me to speak Spanish which I don’t.
