You will have fun and at the same time learn how to communicate with Customers and learn with mistakes you do. And learn from it. It's a great experience to work there at Regals Cinemas

My big mistake Avengers Endgames, group of teenagers come and I was at box office they wanted 5 tickets, then one person was going to buy them. Then he changed his mind and everyone had to pay but since I was on the final page of transaction, I was trying to split tickets then one guy wanted to pay for 2 tickets, shirt story at the end I knew I was short 2.00 dollars cause it got me confused and I blame myself for not going back and starting all over again. My manager knew and understood what happened. And gave me a lecture.

If we had a black out we're all 16 stadium will shut off. That will be stressful, have to run and get some of the employees and I would communicate with manager to get it under control and let Customers know what is going on. Twice that happened with over 1800 people and that would be stressful, cause you gave to go inside Auditorium and calm the people and remove the people that are more nervous and calm them and exit them out quick.

I had some customers will come angry or yell at me, but some I would apologize the customers and try solving as quick as possible. If not I would get My Manager involved to get the customers happy

Love talking and entertaining customers. I loved what I did before my major is It Support, but stuck on a four wall. It hurts. So I wanted to have a good time and I liked it at Regal talking to customers and solving issues if I could
