It was during Christmas time and people were on leave but stock take for armoury was suppose to be carried out and myself and another staff sergeant were tasked to carry out the stock take and we managed to do it with flying colours.

One guy did not turn up for guard duties and our company sir major(csm) was looking for someone to replace him and no one was available and I volunteer to do the shift for that particular day.
