My biggest mistake (and I'm very serious) was driving a luxury vehicle to work and my jealous hearted BOD saw me in it and started treating me really ugly afterwards. Mind you it wasn't even my car, I was borrowing it until I bought my own but she didn't know that (nor should it have mattered). Then when I bought my own luxury SUV, she really showed her behind! She couldn't figure out how in the heck was I driving 2 luxury cars on the piss poor salary I was getting. Don't get mad at me because you make double my salary but can only afford to drive a busted chevy....

I would tell someone * If you're in a desperate situation then go ahead and work there until you find something else, but if you have the luxury of waiting and looking elsewhere, do that*. Run from this place like your life was in danger....absolutely horrible!

A stressful day was having to deal with an ignorant, jealous, petty and non-caring management team

I loved some of the Residents and working the night shift as there was no management around to annoy me. I worked completely alone at the front desk.
