I came in with know experience, it was a big tras for but I made it! You have to be a people person because all kind of obstacles will come your way! It took me about approximately one month to know my Resident and know who everyone was and who live in the units and who was in authorized, stayed focused and learn the System really got to intervene with the HUD program and I enjoyed marketing got to meet many more Residents Managers ! Not had Any of the classes for HVAC it just a gift from God ! I’m loving my job the task get heard sometimes but I’m still present. The Biggest Task is Collecting Rent!! I’m at 100/% for 2 years nobody But God. I’m running 138 units by myself , I’m guessing about 5 acres. It’s a big property
