I have a friend got fired from work because he posted a photo of himself while at work in his social media account.

At the same company, some chicks posted a video of what they are doing inside their room.

My Question is which of the two scenarios should get fired from that workplace?

The painful sting of getting fired still feels fresh even though it has been almost 2 months. I lost a job of 8 years that I really liked for the most part. I was a server at a country club. My managers were the only aspect of the job I strongly disliked. They were unreasonable & unnecessarily strict & were overzealous in writing those they didn’t like up for frivolous mistakes. I was fired for giving away a table while the “favorites” were able to cherrypick the better tables. The “favorites” did not get written up for their mistakes either. I just can’t accept that I was fired for something so minor & inconsequential in the grand scheme of things. I was a hard worker who always kept busy & delivered good attentive service. The evil manager also saw to it that I was denied unemployment benefits; to sum it up, she ruined my life! These 2 months heave been an incredibly tough time as I fight with the depression & anxiety that comes with being out of work & unable to find suitable employment.

How would any of you feel if while you are seated at your workstation in an open environment, both genders side to side, no cubicles and you caught a glimpse of an associate snapping a couple pics, hopefully somewhere behind you? On another day you realize the same associate has commenced to record the young adult associates as sometimes they have tenancy, when director leaves, to become loud in their idle chit chat and moving around about the area, other than that it is an 8 hour shift seated throughout a workday. Earbugs are to deter distractions and diligent workers would not be so inclined to snap photos and record, I would think. It's a laid back casual atmosphere, so imagine the attire. As earbugs are allowed and most everyone seem to be intuned to their favorite sounds during work...and most everyone are diligently working. The 'freelance pictographer' is seated w/back against wall in corner observing all. After shift, complaints are informed to director of behavior of staff that had been photographed and recorded. Director refused to witness and respond to 'evidents'. It's a temp job, about a week or two to go. How would some of you react to discreet photographing and recording in work place?

That's what I mean, those idiots hide behind walls, biosecurity, corrupt local cops. All that creates is what I call the perfect predator, so I went to the patrol. Those guys went after me. So now the problem is even worse now than it was before. Now those idiots fell very emboldened now and can get away with anything. Welcome to the Nebraska Ag that I know. How many of you have problems like this? They want to send me away to therapy and counseling because I wanted to protect the young from the predators and increase production. Does that make sense to you? I need a second lawyer.

I was asked by my superior to do this..i hate being walked on now I might lose my job because I'm being looked at like I'm the problem. I don't want to lose my job but I see it going that way. I've gone to HR to document it. but I'm worried. I love me job. I cannot afford to quit not do I want to.

I recently lost my job and when I applied for unemployment my former employer lied about why I was fired. I plan on filing an appeal but I have a gut feeling they will believe him again.

So I was working in West Texas for staffing company out of Louisiana..I was suspended for 2 days but in first day of suspension they said the client didn't want me back after being in job for a week.. I did not quit and asked if there was another location they could send me on.. They said no and I had to leave asap or police would come... They then proceeded to deduct the cost of my drug test which I passed out of my check.. Can they do that
