When you know you have provided your residential service beyond what is reasonable and it appears as though that persons mental disability is not the reason he/she is refusing to accept it.

Never happened. RHA is an agency that provides residential serices for developmentally/intellectually disabled individuals. The Host home program allows you to provide this service in your own home. This integration allows the individual feel more at home than institutionalization.
