The last time a parent or co worker gets mad they tell on you,and even call in on you, they calls you in office to sit down and talk , so they heard the complaint then they hear your side no matter the complaint you know the customer always right, so your the employee take what comes your way or move on and I took what comes my way so long I finally got my associates degree in medical office administrative and now trying to move on and get some where else praise God.

My advice to anyone seeking employment as a bus driver is stay prayed up for whatever comes your way, and please be a strong individual cause you can't go crying like a baby about what the kids are doing and what the parents says remember your the driver and your in control of that bus while you are driving (C.Y.B) cover your but kids can lie, parents can lie also any human being can lie but the camera tell the real story make sure your bus has cameras make sure they stay rolling all times.

The biggest mistakes are letting a child of any age get the best of you or letting the parents get the best of you cause on your good day or bad day it could happen at any given time.

All ways the first day back to school is stressful, new kids new faces learning and remembering names and where everyone lives and especially the pre k students that get put on wrong buses by teachers with lost or no name tags.

I love my hours, and my brakes from the time kids were in school till the time I returned to pick them up, and I enjoyed my holidays we had off with kids and family and I also enjoyed my Summers off till School started back up.
