A customer thought the dirt he was finding gemstones in wasn't rich enough. So I gladly took him to the pit so he could dig in the wall where the gems came out of. Even though it was the same dirt he was originally digging in, and the same richness of ore. He was pleased. When he left with a smile. He gave me a fifty dollar tip.

I loved being in charge of the mine safety, daily operation, employee's, excavation operations, mine maitnance, and equipment maitnance. Plus finding gemstones is what I love.
