Hi @Mark Bryan Thank you so much for answering. I am afraid my question and description wasn't precise. I was more interesting in talent acquisition part of your job. How do you handle overwhelming number of CVs, how you decide what is candidate will go in next round, would it be helpful to have tool that has embedded predictive analytics in place to give you peek in future? Together with my team we created this tool, but we try to make it even better. If you are interested, I can send it to you (don't want this to be advertisement)
PS My first comment wasn't posted for some reason

Hi @Azra Sarajlic - as someone who has been in the Recruiting space for the last decade, there are always roadblocks that can occur. A few off the top of my head: Scheduling interviews with your internal team, getting quick and useful feedback from interviews (from both the candidate and your team), finding the right personal emails for candidates after sourcing them on different platforms, and I'd add-in getting proper data that is useful in the recruiting lifecycle. Hope this helps you start thinking of tools that can help!
