• This position requires working knowledge and experience with Databases (SQL Servers)

This support will be provided via telephone, email, and/or technical notes. You will need the ability to cover shifts after hours and occasionally carry a weekend support phone to provide support for 24x7 customers.

The Tech Support Representative will work with customers to resolve their application and product issues, which will allow the customer to maintain or improve their system.
