Corporate does not care about their employees. They do not appreciate how hard you work or the hours you put in. If you work there, you do it for the residents and the people you work with.

Started my own company, by being hired by Taylor Morrison to do the HVAC system on brand new homes. Taylor Morrison believed in me. Was a supervisor for an HVAC company for a couple of years, that worked with Taylor Morrison. Completely installing the new HVAC system on new residential homes. We excelled in our position. Taylor Morrison was a growing company & my existing company couldn’t take on more new construction. This is when I started my own company. Rocky Mountain Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. Being the only employee. Was able to lay out & completely install the HVAC system for the new home, in about 3 days of hard work. One of the best decisions of my life. Being able to start, a HVAC company that took 100% pride in their work. Started Rocky Mountain Heating & Air Conditioning February 1, 2008.
Rocky Mountain Heating & Air Conditioning Inc grew, as it should.
By 2017 Rocky Mountain Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. The company had grown quite a bit. We had many new construction jobs locations with Taylor Morrison. We hired people for their hard work & dedication. Rocky Mountain had grown to a company that included: All residential new construction, Basement finishes, all residential remolding, furnace & air conditioner-humidifier-electronic air cleaning replacement, residential repair with replacement if needed. Shawn had grown Rocky Mountain Heating & Air. Now consisting of supervisor, many cargo vans, a sales man, secretary, with around 10 HVAC employees.
On June 24th, 2017. Shawn McClure almost passed away & was in a coma.

I enjoyed the job I was doing at the time until I started feeling uncomfortable because the manager, Rockys, wife, Terry, was flirting with one of the employees, Mark. Whenever Rocky would leave the office she would leave her desk and go flirt and stay around Mark. They had 2 dogs in the office which I loved, they were awesome. Terry never got caught because the dogs would start barking when anyone was driving up. Terry started lying on my work and so did Mark. I confirmed an appointment with Mark and he denied it and never showed for the appointment and because I forgot to write it down there was no proof. Terry was sitting right there and took up for him. I had to call Rocky to give him a message from a client, Terry told me she would do it and she never did leading me to get fired. I would advise people not to work for them
It is a very nice and beautiful restaurant the employees are very nice I like waitressing.
I don't recall any stressful day at the restaurant.
Had to go to the store to get some of the food and they said that he should not have went during the lunch rush and it was not the lunch rush.
The guest's are very nice. The restaurant look's nice.
