I would tell them that it is a rewarding job but that it would be better if you were able to be a full time permanent employee.

I only worked part time as a sub and I really didn’t have any issues. My biggest mistake was not verifying my pay rate prior to starting.

There really was never a day that was stressful for me.

There was never a time where a co- worker was upset with me or was I upset with them.

Most of all was the safety of the kids. Making sure they are making good decisions.
