Drama at #RossStores(RossDressforLess)

My direct supervisor immediately doled out corrective action off of blind faith without asking me my side of what had happened.

Look somewhere else. The company is not what it used to be.

What made me stay @ #RossStores(RossDressforLess) was

The co-workers work hard and go above and beyond, do things that aren't in your job description. You work with amazing people that are being treated less than appreciated, and never good enough when completing a task or job. The supervisors tend to work harder than the managers. The managers or I should say the (district manager) is awful. She's absolutely rude and unprofessional, especially when it comes to the customers. She's always criticizing on how you do your work, always complaining that it isn't done her way and Always being harrassed. My supervisor has walked out twice because how she has treated her. Everyone is less than happy here at Ross. -Arlington Tx 76013 store #0249

It was Okay working Ross, but managers always treated you with no respect. They talked bad behind your back. They don’t respect you after working there for awhile. They only have kindness when they need you to come in or stay longer. It wasn’t that’s good working there

Observe the store at different hours or talk to the employees. That will let you know whether the store is fast paced or slow.If it's fast pace you may pick up extra hours. Slow pace, not many hours. Check out the fitting room and the volume of clothing on them. Sometimes they are full and the store hasn't been open 3 hours. Some stores have alot of clothing on display and others don't. The more clothes, the more work behind the scenes. (Stockroom).
