I didn't, I was a store leader I was in that line of work for 25 years not specifically with this company, they are the rudest most ignorant company I ever worked for, excellent workers underpaid, bad workers paid too much just cause of the years there but wouldn't do there job, I have never heard of a company who allows you to no show to a shift and only receive a write up, you could only terminate if 2 no shows in a tow, made it very stressful for all employees wanting relief to show from there shift, managers get in trouble if you allow overtime even if short staffed but they expect you to run a 24 hour store on limited employees no matter what your busy time was, very unorganized not cause it was a managers fault, it was always a district managers fault coming in and changing things from week to week, no wonder employees can't keep things straight even when we had a system working for us, they didn't care about our input cause all stores in different areas are different with peak times, they expected you to run it as an entire company peak time overall this made customers mad, but our hands were tied, I just visited one today, lines backed up 10 plus customers, no one cared, yelling across the store to each other things customers shouldn't be hearing, I know this cause I used to be a store leader who backed her employees, good employees were underpaid, those who you couldn't get to do there job cause of years there made more than the ones who would bust there ass in any area to complete the job, needless to say I left a store and 32 of the employees followed suit with me and quit because there new manager would leave them hanging in a rush hour, I gave my word I would never do that to my employees and I didn't, there was never a time I got off at 3, like I was supposed to i stood by them, cooked, flipped chicken, ran register till they were caught up, starting at 4:45 in the morning and never leaving till at least 6 p.m. was not worth the money to kill your body, even tho I had employees who would stay to gain hours I was not allowed to give overtime, overworked and underpaid company, who only cares about the dollar no matter how many customers you would piss off from being short handed, they didn't care, worst company I ever worked for in 25 years of this line of work, my motto, customers and happiness first, but wasn't allowed to follow thru with that, I wouldn't even recommend it to a kid or adult needing a part time job, the stress level will literally kill you, no wonder so many quit due to how they are treated I had 30 employees follow suit and leave when I left due to new managers not caring or the company as a whole and putting them in,unnecessary situations that could have been avoided if they allowed those that wanted to stay and help out on a struggling shift, but we weren't allowed to let them stay or get overtime, if someone no showed one time all you could do was write up you could only fire if they no showed 2 times in a row, this made these people unreliable to trust in, always felt like you had to have back up cause of what they allow the no shows to do, someone could no show once a week and still have a job, most disorganized company I EVER MANAGED FOR, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMNEND
