I never had a customer get mad at me for any reason, as for Co workers I'm not sure it's been a while

It's an awful company to work for. They will offer you many opportunities in the company and train you then never give you the pay raise. The store leaders and district leaders don't care about how an employee feels or your opinions to make the store a better work environment. I would NEVER tell anyone to work here.

Do it. It's a lot of work, but it's worth it.

I worked the overnight shift which usually was run by two employees. One in front and one in the back. MOST not all but MOST weekends we had a 3rd person who stayed until 2am. It was very stressful always being limited with help and having to take care of customers....maintain the upkeep of the store...and do our own personal duties. Along with different issues here and there. When they say "The freaks come out at night" they mean that! All kinds of strange folks stealing..doing drugs in the bathroom...having intercourse going through the carwash. It was alot going on and so much to do. I took pride in my job. Because what the other shifts couldn't do we got it done. Most days it was like turning Cinderella from her torn rags...to that ball ready beauty.

It is not a hard job BUT you will work constantly. You will have assigned duties to do over and above serving the Customers!!

The day we were robbed by 3 guys with guns. They were so high or coming down that they couldn't hold the guns steady. I told them to PLEASE wait one minute while I tell the girl in the back not to come out!!! Then I opened the registers and gave them the money. They then asked for the key to the safe and I told him that we don't keep them on this shift. They took the money and ran out of the store, shortly after an alarm was installed under the counter that would call the Police!!!

I was willing to work the 3- 11 shift and I'd had a prior cash register experience. My first job was working for Rice's Bakery Outlet Store on the second shift.
