Plain and simple....Don't work here. High turnover. That gives you a clue that there are issues that are not positive

Every day was stressful. If you don't have patience for the residents, then this is not the place to work. Management needs alot of help in dealing with the people who work for them. If you like getting written up for every little detail, then this job is for you. All and all: A terrible place to work.

I was a student there ,I wasn't employed there .Going to RSI was an experience the instructors we're on their toes teaching whatever they can.It was a warm welcoming from start to finish,keep up the good work RSI.
