I have a question about salary/wages and tenure. I noticed that quite a few employers are now starting their new employees out at over $20/hr. Is that fair to the other employees who have been there longer and are now making the same pay as a new hire? How is this correctable if at all? I couldn't find the right place to post this and haven't seen a similar post. Polite feedback welcome. #officelife #wage #salary #tenure

I have had interviews with the recruiters from two different companys for the same position and then was supposed to be interviewed with the company. After waiting two weeks, I find out they have dropped the salary by $5,000 a year but still want to intervieww me? I don't even know how to respond to that. #jobsearch #advice #salary

if you can afford salary kudos to you. bad side of salary is they might make you work more than monday through friday companies might ask you to work through your weekend. if it is mandatory then you have no choice but to work. there are guidelines that need to be met while being on salary

Salary is where you agree on a set amount of pay, and you only have to work at least 85 hours a week and you are free to do whatever you want with the rest of the time.
