I started at FedEx Ground as a Package Handler at the Charlotte, N.C. and worked my way into a Outbound Load Supervisor, and then onto the Charlotte Hub Industrial Engineer. I can tell you that the pay is not great compared to corresponding role at U.P.S. The atmosphere in FedEx operations is pressure filled with no tolerance for mistakes and you are only as good as your record indicated for the previous day, meaning you may be a super star for months, but make one of the cardinal errors , and you will be terminated the following day. To put things in perspective, I was responsible for 300 inbound trailers and 300 Outbound trailers going to 72 destinations throughout the U.S. If one of those trailers was dispatched to the wrong destination, I would be terminated the following day. I left my Engineering position FedEx after multiple promotions to take a Banquet and Conference Sales position for a small boutique hotel in the mountains of Western N.C. where is dealt with maybe 15 clients a month and made to the same income as I did at FedEx after being promoted several times and routinely being named Manager of the month. SO NO, INCOME IS NOT GREAT AT FedEx Ground! Certainly not considering the amount of pressure you will be subjected to.
Hope this helps!

I saw so much of an improvement in my health after my motorcycle crash, I want to do that to other people's lives. I couldn't walk or function before the YMCA. I'm 1 in 200 million because of exercise. I want to make a difference in life.

Kaiser pays well - dependent on your skills, experience, employment history, education and the job you are applying for. Kaiser is a great employer with excellent benefits.

Yes, excellent benefits, But depends on what department you are seeking employment, job experience, and employment history, some jobs require some type of education others do not, my experience with Kaiser depends as mentioned on qualifications and entry-level to season employees with several years under your belt. Good luck paying attention to the Job requirements and what is being offered with hours and don't be shy to ask how much the job pays, - retired from kaiser

I am searching for additional income in order to purchase a home in the upcoming year. I need a paystub to prove income as I have been self employed for several years. #jobsearch #workfromhome #retail #healthcare #advice

I’m at a point in my life where I am looking for advancement and better opportunities. I do know my worth, and I just feel now that I need more recognition and of course money because that’s what does pay the bills. I do know my worth and at this stage I feel like I would love the recognition for it.
As in above post. They Pay well. Package handlers work very hard for short hours and start around $15 an hr! Great job for young people!
