I would tell them to always have a positve mind and be willing to help others with whatever they need to do to achieve their goals .
Stay positive and happy. Remember to leave your drama outside of the doors. Just because you're going through something does not mean you have to take it out on anyone. Stay smiling and make sure you communicate with everyone at your register. The kids also like to be involved in what's going on. When doing that it takes there minds off running around and it makes them enjoy coming to the store.
If you're not a self starter and hard worker and dedicated to customer service, it's not the right job for you.
