Not knowing that if someone doesn't get lead positions right away then a person ends up with 25 hours only. It's hard to make ends meet with those hours.

The biggest missing made was excepting the position. It took a month to get a quote for a client.

Your first ninety days are very pleasant. After that, the management is short-tempered, verbally abusive, and arrogant about their skills compared to yours, still a relative newcomer! Management will purposefully compete with you on the sales floor to show you how great they are at sales, and how lacking in skill you are. They will even announce that intention to your face! Since being fired, I have moved on to a much finer jewelry retailer -- higher price points, pay, and a dreamboat management team, who thanks me every day for my efforts and every sale I make!

When I worked for Christopher & Banks I really liked all the associates except Julia. She always talked down to all of us.

Filing a Workers Compensation claim, after my hand was crushed in the inventory door. Sedgwick, who handles their claims, are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
