I have been a stay at home mom for 20 years and I was just looking for a job and the same as above was about me being a stay at home parent 3 of my kids are grown now and my last one is 11 yrs.old it's time for me to get back in the field.

The question would be what are you looking for? Then I would ask them if they wanted to rejoin the regular workforce. I would also find out if this is a financial situation without getting to personal. Would this be just something they want to do to occupy their mind and to keep them busy since their are no more children or grandchildren around much anymore.

It is highly demanding because it entails a lot of traveling on very bad roads, at times many kilometers on foot therefore one needs to be brave and committed to the job.

Also you need to understand the type of staff working under you. Some are very dishonest. They send reports to the head office that they carried out certain activities in the field whereas nothing has been done. So there must be constant verification in the field by the network operation manager to confirm report received in the Head Office.

The thing i remeber making a mistake on while working for Hardvard was that i was trash Tech and i threw the trash that i collected in the wrong dumpster when i first started with the company.

In my opinion and experience with Hardvard is that it is good company to work for and the pay is a little reasonable.
