I learned a lot over the years. It's important to take care of the property so it takes care of you. By doing so, I didn't have to advertise but by word of mouth. People liked me and the changes i was doing. I even filled all vacancies. Now people are leaving left and right. By tax time I predict half the place will be vacant. But the job taught me for the future keep a log myself too. Also how to better show cash deposits.

Be careful the owner is not the most host so definitely keep a separate log for yourself. Also, trust no one that works there. They are out for themselves. Finally put cash deposit money on the bottom of deposit slips and unit # .

The biggest mistake i made is not logging a separate log for all entries for myself. Also not logging which paid cash at the bottom of the deposit slips.

The most stressful day was my last day where co-worker/cousin, along with owner boyfriend and attacked me from every way they could whether true or not.

That is the main reason for leaving. I am not going to argue with someone that thinks they know more than me, talks down upon me and wanted me job from day one.

The challenge of remodeling and making it a better place to and to attract people to rent .
