I started out as wireman, progressed to management, and eventually to OHSA certified training specialist. Many challenges, very rewarding.

My advice to people interested in working at Indian Army as Sargent is that it is full of passion & pride. People respect u for ur service & loyalty for country.

The biggest mistake I made as a Sargent I left Indian Army giving unwilling to not work.
