My advise will be that they must be able to think out of the box, making decisions that will insure safety for the event organizer an the people attending the event it's a really fun job to do at all times as you get same challenges in different ways if you can handle pressure an challenges you can work with event at selimathunzi or any other event organizer or security company

Biggest mistake was to let the event take place with less pay as that was a loss to the company

The stressful times is dealing with customers who don't want to pay, more or less who have no clue of what they are doing an you have to do everything for them in order to get the event happening

Mostly the unhappy person will be the customer due to the people whom are at the event as some get controlled by alcohol or they are over happy, so my job is to always try an understand the situation an to insure that the event will not be a cayos or bad people are still having fun an they happy an safety an protected
