I enyoyed working listening to there vacation or day

All days as an intern with Shell was challenging and fun, the first one month, worked with two team shift crew two weeks apart. I loved the way they held their task in high esteem always in communication with one another. The stressful day for me was when I was not getting any attention as to go about my task but kept cool and waiting to see how I will be guided in carrying out my assigned task but stress for me had manifested in me to be what I will definitely experience if we as a team must achieve our task, it was on a particular night 23:00pm and was about sleeping the pneumatic generator had gone down because the gas well was not giving a enough gas to the compressor to generate power, the chief Operation officer called out everyone and we had to assemble at the muster point immediately marched down to pneumatic generator and some had to align some gas wells so the compressor can compress the gas and generate piwer, successfully it was done 2: 00am, it was a wonderful experience.

I will tell anybody willing to work at Shell to be a team player, honest, show dilligence, integrity, be punctual, take the mantle of be responsible, cool headed and obey all Shell safety rules and regulations and above all be highly industrious and share ideas and ask questions if unclear about any task assigned to him or her.

The biggest mistake I made while working at Shell is for me a day I will miss out in my assigned duties as an intern but never made a mistake of been absent so if I were sick I tried as much to lend a helping hand to the team because the first one month for me at Yokri flow station was exciting so much was expected from me by the two working shift.

The last time a co-worker got angry with me at Shell was a case of teacher-student related anger management experience for me. I was cool headed and channelled my energy into it. The day started by me waking up and preparing to board the staff bus taking workers to work and getting to the flowstation the compressor house was down the mechanical engineer by the name Steve shouted at me to come help him out, he said intern or not, you are now a staff, jokingly and we ran towards the sulzer pumps to restart it because the knockout vessel was filled and oil burning out of the flare stack, so it was painstaking restarting the compressor house but after an hour battle the engines came up and we were able to set things into motion and Steve later apologized saying he didn't mean to raise his voice at me but just for me to be mentally and fit for the unforseen circumstance, and we laughed over it.

When I did my internship with Shell in 2005 at Shell Yokri flow station, warri in Delta state, the team spirit was overwhelming and the zeal to learn about the operational capability of a flow station was a top notch for me. A team of dedicated and well trained officers comprising of operations, production, mechanical, instrumentation and electrical engineers were ready to deliver optimal output of crude oil and gas in order to maximize profit for the Shell industry A gained a lot of experience which has put me in the forefront of delivering my own quota to Shell when called upon.

My co-workers and customers they. Talk impacted me life in such a positive way and just shared smiles everyday Rialto Shell hands down has been one of my best employment opportunities.

I like to work again in shell I respect this company

Card reader at pump did not work . It was not my fault , but I had to put myself in her place . She understood later it was a glitch .

Retail enables me make my customers day better . Putting smiles on people's faces is a great moment that I personally cherish .
