I felt proud to work for #Shell Central 71 when...I First started approximately 2\12 years ago, I was able to interact with the customers become a part of their world and make them feel comfortable while purchasing their items.
I would like to become a part of Walmart team in customer service to reassure the customers they r welcome as well as helping them get what they need.
I loved selling “fun”. Created a podium format (I did the podiums) to get the guest excited our our resorts and then, turn them over to the sales agents for the tour. The podium format created higher closing percentages.
I enjoyed working with co-workers and patrons. It was a fast paced environment so we stayed busy. I also appreciated management , good people.

Something I learned at #Shell ... as long as ypu show up on time and your open and honest with your hiring managers about your situation they will help. They want ypu to do better and at first it was hard for me to believe anyone wanted me to do good. But I saw in the end it was true. Thanks shell
