I am seeking a position for shift leader but I am also available for other positions. I have previous experience in fast food a I have worked myself up from the bottom by being a hard worker and complete my works. If given the opportunity I will prove myself with out a doubt. I am not afraid of any work at all. I know where my skills rely on daily .

If you like working for 7.70 a hour and are part of there family then i say go for it. But if you are looking for a drama free work place then this is not for you.

It's an okay job for your first job. You get hours if you work hard. No benefits. As a shift leader I barely make enough to pay my car payments and rent. I dont recommend making a career out of it unless you move past being a manager.

My most stressful day at Church's Chicken was when I was scheduled to close the store & had NO ONE to work Front Counter Cashier or Drive thru because two of my crew members called in sick. That night I had only my Cook that was trained as a cook. So I had to ignore all the negative & intimidating thoughts that were going on in my head and say too myself "I can do this!". I had too work front counter & drive thru myself. Prepped & Expitied all my orders. It took a lot of my energy but I got the job done and hopefully later it'll all pay off with some recognition! Church'sChicken #ShiftLeader
