To land a job at #Smith mechanical I would make sure to...be a good brown noser

if you like kissing ass and being a loser not proud of yourself you will fit in great there if you have any kind of apprentice or journeyman's license you are smarter than the people you want to work for none of their bosses from the top down and HVAC commercial side have any kind of license of any kind so if you want to work there good luck their supervisors are dumber than a rock and lazy and the guy that sits upstairs and the corner left side of the building has no clue was a bad helper a worthless mechanic the main supervisor because him and a vice president had something going so good luck if you want to work there you will find out it's a horrible experience hate to see you go there I've been there all their jobs are horrible because the people running the show have no clue

It's a great place to work but you have to many people that want to be bosses not workers that should show you the ropes and how things are done there other than that I love it there it is close to home
