Soncom Media is a christian based media broadcast company. And, I expect you to act like it. Your job depends on your skill set, your public presence and your representation of Soncom Media. Do not forget this, as these are requirements for your continued employment.

My biggest mistake while working at Soncom Media, I do not know. I have not made it yet.

I remember after setting up for a live on site broadcast, with less than twenty minutes before air time, out main production transmitting unit died. Finding a replacement and getting it up and running with less that SIXTY seconds before on-air-time was the most stressful day at Soncom Media. My crew came through with flying colors and said to me, "You did not have to worry. We had this covered. This is what we were trained for." Made me feel grood about my hiring choices.

To use the well defined and positive phrase, "The Buck Stops Here.", defines my position. My word is final. In each and every executive decision, listening to and asking questions from each side with an open mind is necessary. I then share my decision with both parties. And, I have to decide what is best for my company.

The enjoyment of weekly sports television production. Anywhere from one to three events per week makes this both a tough and rewarding passion. Soncom provides not only live game day sports broadcast coverage, but also provides athletic highlight reels for selected athletes to use for higher education opportunities.
