Meeting new friendly people

I recently became old enough to apply for sonic and I am very excited! Even though I have never had an official job, I have a lot of experience working with people and I have a very enthusiastic attitude!

I have experience with stocking and utilities

They have very rude employees And they never get my food right

Been at sonic for awhile now and ive had to train a ton of new employees. When you first start youre going to get yelled at to drop food. Dont drop it on the floor, drop it in the deep fryer - your cooks are gonna need it. Theres a bunch of different foods based on the menu so you gotta work fast and keep track of your product. Once you have dropping food figured out youll be able to easily make the food and then yell at your coworkers to drop food for you. So you also need to be able to communicate well and quickly with your crew. Also, the chicken takes the longest to cook.
Hope this helped and let me know if you guys have any other questions.

Iwould stop all the firing if a family had been seriously hurt and couldn't do for his self. I owned #SonicDrive-In I would change it by
I my employees would won't to work and not be afraid to speak there mines we would have better service and more people on curp

Was working a shift last night at Sonic with a lot of family stuff on my mind and I put the wrong drink on one order and entirely wrong food on a nother one. I was jus rlly distracted and spaced out but the second guy got sorta pissed his order was wrong.. I know I messed up but how does everyone else seperate work and like family personal stuff? It just takes up so much thought its imposible to not think about especially when its slow at work and theres nothing to take up your time
