Staff member got angry if i "pulled rank" because they werent doing their job, so i wrote that person up. Management wrote me up for being that persons supervisor, which i technically was. And they wrote me up.

Chaos, supervisors, not managers, they are great, are not there to assist you when shit hits the fan. They disappear, then play the blame game.
